18.24 alarm calls SOS about a traffic accident on Hagagatan in Norrköping. A passenger car and an electric bicycle are said to have collided in connection with a roundabout. The electric cyclist is said to have started bleeding, but not to have sustained serious injuries. 
Police have been on the scene and spoken with those involved. The electric cyclist, a man in his 50s, is suspected of not having observed the right of way.
