Police are sent to Östra Förstadsgatan after several people have reported an aggressive man. A description is given and the police can stop the identified person in a car in the surrounding area.

No crime can be proven regarding the man's behavior. During the check, it is found that the man has debts to the Enforcement Authority. The car he usually takes is therefore seized according to the law on distance measurement.
