Police alarm to an address in the northern parts of Uppsala after conversations about a strong smell of narcotics in a stairwell.

Patrol arrives at the scene and locates a residence where the smell is coming from. The patrol breaks the door and in the residence, two individuals suspected of narcotics offenses at the normal level and personal use are found.

When the patrol is on the scene, a third person appears in the residence who is also suspected of personal use.
