During the afternoon, the police were contacted regarding a person who was hit by a vehicle in Boliden. A driver and a person were allegedly involved in the accident. The person is taken to medical care by ambulance. The extent of the injuries is unknown, but the person was reportedly awake and able to speak.

The police have been on the scene. The accident is to be investigated.
