During the afternoon, the police were contacted regarding a woman who had injured her foot during her stay in the national park. The woman cannot get to the place on her own.

The police officer on duty made a decision to initiate a mountain rescue operation in accordance with the LSO, the Act on Protection against Accidents.

A helicopter picked up the woman and took her to a ground ambulance.

The operation has been completed.
