A suspected dangerous object has been found outdoors on Skrivaregatan. The area is cordoned off and a search is underway.

Residents/businesses in the area affected will be contacted by the PKC, the police contact center.

The search involves all addresses between Hyllie Boulevard and Garngatan on one side and Hyllie Boulevard and Bläckgatan on the other side, as well as Lingatan.

The national bomb squad is on its way to the scene.

Update 09:39: A VMA, a vital message to the public, will be sent to those affected by the cordons.

Update 09:51: The Emporia shopping center is not affected by the search.
