A car has driven off the road and overturned but landed on its wheels again. One person has gotten out of the vehicle and is awake and able to speak. The person is being driven to the hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries but the driver, a man in his 20s, complained of pain in the neck. Report made about a traffic accident with no suspicion of a crime.
