Police alarm to the intersection of Malmabergsgatan/Tråddragargatan in the area of Freja in Västerås municipality due to a traffic accident between a bus and a passenger car.

The driver of the passenger car, a woman in her 55-year-old age group, is being checked on the spot by an ambulance, unclear injury status. The woman was awake and able to speak when the police left the accident site. No information about anyone on the bus being injured.

Police will investigate the circumstances surrounding how the accident occurred and have filed a report regarding negligence in traffic. No person has been given suspicion of a crime.
