Noise from an apartment in a multi-unit building is interpreted as ongoing brawl and there are also bloodstains in the staircase.
When the police enter the relevant apartment, two people, a man and a woman, both in their 40s, are found.
The man is apprehended for unlawful threats, narcotics offense (personal use and possession) and vandalism.
The woman has no physical injuries requiring hospital care.
