A unknown perpetrator uses a knife when he attacks a man outside a restaurant in Bandhagen. The man who is attacked gets some minor scratches but does not start bleeding and the perpetrator leaves the scene thereafter. The police hear the victim about the incident and it is currently unclear which report will be written.
