When the police patrols arrived at the scene, it could be established that something had detonated at the entrance to a villa with damage to the outer door as a result.

No person has been injured.

An investigation into gross destruction of property and a crime against the law regarding explosive and flammable substances has been initiated.

A police operation is underway to search for the perpetrator(s).

The crime scene is cordoned off and a technical examination will be carried out.
