A 65-year-old woman has received some form of head injury in connection with work at a company. The woman is awake and able to speak but has been taken away by ambulance for examination and care. 

A report of a workplace accident due to negligence resulting in bodily injury is being prepared to further investigate the incident and to see if anyone has failed in their workplace responsibility. The patrol has held an interview on the scene.
