At the accident, two passenger cars are supposed to have collided. When the two drivers wait for the police, an unknown passerby is supposed to have jumped in and tried to seize one of the cars. In connection with this, a police patrol arrives and can secure the man. He is arrested suspected of attempted seizure of a motor vehicle and possession of narcotics for the purpose of sale. 

Another patrol establishes a report of failure to yield the right of way concerning the traffic accident. There are no reports that either of the drivers needed to seek medical care.
