A patrol stops and checks a car on E18, at Ekolsund. The driver of the car, a man in his 60s, lacks a driver's license and is suspected of unauthorized driving. 

The patrol also suspects that the man is intoxicated and takes him in for a blood test. A report of driving under the influence is filed.
