A bystander sees two men trying to squeeze a motorcycle/moped into an elevator on Magnus Ladulåsgatan. The bystander believes the vehicle is stolen and calls the police. 
Both men are in their 30s and one of them is detained by the police to be taken to a rehabilitation clinic. A report of attempted theft will be filed.
