A woman in Dalby receives an email stating that she owes money. In the email, the woman, who is in her 70s, is urged to call a number. When the woman does this, she is misled into transferring money in different amounts. 

The person on the phone also states that a person will come to the complainant's home to value gold, a man shows up and the gold is taken. 

The complainant has now frozen all accounts, but a larger sum of money and gold is missing.
