The assaulted man contacted the police who went to the location and, with the help of the description, encountered a 45-year-old man who is now suspected of assault.

The plaintiff stated that the unknown man for unknown reasons attacked and hit him, and shouted some insults at him. The man then left the location. The plaintiff did not suffer any visible or lasting injuries from the assault.

An interrogation has been held with the suspect who is now suspected of assault of the normal degree. He was not detained.
