Police receive an alert at 19:43 on Wednesday evening concerning unknown perpetrators attempting to steal copper. According to the caller, they had dragged away several bundles of cables and started cutting them up. The individuals then left in a car. Police arriving at the scene find a dug-up road with thick cables lying discarded.

At around 10 p.m., the individuals return to Ulvsunda to load more copper. Police are once again dispatched to the scene and, after searching in Vinsta, find a suspicious vehicle, which they stop and check.

Large quantities of copper are found in the car. Three men are arrested in connection with this and are suspected of aggravated theft. They are taken to the police station for questioning.
