The police receive a call about a motorist who appears to be under the influence in some way. The police have been at the scene, where the man was by his car, and they suspect that he, a man in his 40s, is under the influence of narcotics.

The man is taken by the patrol for testing and is currently suspected of driving under the influence of narcotics, minor drug offences through personal use and possession of a small amount of suspected narcotics.

He is also suspected of aggravated unlawful driving because he does not have a driving licence.
