Police receives information regarding a collision between a cyclist and a car on Kaserngatan in the south of Gävle.

An ambulance arrives at the scene and the cyclist, a person in their mid-teens, is transported to hospital for further examination and care. The extent of the injuries is unclear but the cyclist was awake and able to speak at the time.

Police have filed a report in connection with the accident regarding a traffic offense, failure to yield to oncoming traffic. At present, no one has been suspected of a crime.
