The police were on the scene because two people, a man in his mid-20s and a girl in her late teens, had entered a laundry room.

The man is taken into custody under the Care of Intoxicated Persons Act and is suspected of unlawful entry and a minor drug offence through possession of a small amount of suspected drugs.

The woman is suspected of unlawful entry.
