Patrol checks a passenger car on E22. The driver, a man in his 55-year-old, is suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and is taken into custody for further testing. He is also suspected of drug offenses for personal use and possession, as well as knife law violations. His driver's license is taken into custody on the spot.
