Police have handled a 50 cases in Södermanland County between 22:00 and 07:00. No serious violent crimes or major incidents have come to the police's attention.

22:07 A traffic accident involving a car occurs in Trosa. The car has driven into a garage or storage. No driver is present at the scene. The car is also suspected to be stolen. A report is written for reckless driving and theft of fuel, but there is no arrested suspect at present.

23:48 A truck collides with a TMA vehicle (a larger vehicle used in road construction, among other things) on E4 at Lästringe. The truck is totally destroyed and must be towed from the scene, and a significant amount of oil and fuel is leaking onto the road, which must be cleaned up. The truck driver, a man in his 55s, was taken to the hospital by ambulance and is not seriously injured. There is no suspicion of a crime at present.
