A security guard alerted the police about a man who had stolen from a grocery store in central Gävle and then left the scene. The security guard had followed and the man had become aggressive and screamed among other things.

The police were dispatched and the man, who is in his 30s, was suspected of petty theft. He was also apprehended according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons.
