South of Sundsvall, a motorist is said to have been tailgated by another road user.
No information is available about personal injuries.
The police are heading to the scene to investigate what happened. The driver suspected of causing the accident is intoxicated. He will be accompanied for blood sampling. The driver's license is being seized.
