A motorist is suspected of a crime in the city center.
The police stop and check a passenger car and, when checking the driver, a man in his 20s, suspect that he is under the influence of drugs.
The man accompanies the patrol for testing, and the test results will show whether he is guilty of driving under the influence of drugs and a minor drug offence through personal use.
