Man arrested after public alarm
The police are contacted around 04:00 about seeing two masked people entering a construction site in Ryd in Linköping. The police are soon on the scene, but there are no people left. After initial information gathering, it appears that someone drove a stolen golf car to Ryd, where they then stole two all-terrain vehicles that they left in the woods a bit away. When the police's work has been going on for about an hour, they meet a 30-year-old man who is arrested suspected of gross theft. At present, there are no other suspects in the case. Both the golf car and all-terrain vehicles have been seized in restorative purposes. They will now hold several interrogations, secure the vehicles and document the crime scene.
