The police are investigating a report of attempted aggravated fraud after a woman in her 90s was targeted by fraudsters.
The fraudsters approached the woman by phone, pretending to be police officers and saying that an unknown person was placing orders in her name. 
They further pressurised the woman by warning her that she could be targeted by more crimes, and a fraudster pretending to work for an insurance company then went to her home to collect her gold. 
But when the gold was about to be handed over, the woman became suspicious, and no handover took place. 
The perpetrators are currently unknown.
