A driver is hit by a woman in Stadshagen and follows her to Norrtull, where she crashes into two other drivers. The drivers who were hit jointly block the woman’s way so she cannot escape before the police arrive at the scene. 
The woman, who is in her 50s, appears to be under the influence of something but tests negative on the police’s screening device, so the current suspicion is drug-impaired driving. She is taken into custody by the police for testing. 

No one is injured in the collisions; there is only minor damage to the cars.
