A 20-year-old man who works as a parking attendant in Rinkeby is beaten by a 45-year-old man in connection with a parking fine being issued. The 45-year-old man also tries to take the parking attendant's phone. No personal injuries occur and after the man is checked by the police, he is suspected of violence against a public official and interference with a legal process.
