Emergency alarm reports that a small child has fallen out of a window on the third floor.

The child was taken to hospital by ambulance, the child was conscious when it was taken by the ambulance, but it is unclear as to what injuries there are.

The police have been on the scene and they are writing a report of gross negligence causing bodily harm to investigate whether the parents have failed in their parental responsibility.
