The driver chooses in a first stage to not stop, but instead drives off at traffic junction 41 Mellbystrand. There it drives into the ditch.

Four people are in the car, no one is injured. Three of them are in the 18-year age group, one is under 15 years old. The driver is taken in suspected of gross drunk driving. One of the passengers is taken in suspected of minor narcotics offense own use.
