Police regional command center has handled around 100 cases related to Östergötland County between 22:00-07:00.

23:21 Police were called to a residence in Kinda municipality due to a report of a woman being assaulted by a man indoors. When police arrived at the scene, the 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault in relation. The woman was checked by ambulance at the scene but did not need to be taken to the hospital.

00:38 Police were called to Klostergatan in Linköping due to a disturbance between several people outdoors. When police arrived at the scene, a 30-year-old man was found to have been assaulted with an object and punches. Three 20-year-old men were arrested in connection with this suspected for severe assault. During the night, all three were detained by the prosecutor. The case is now prosecutor-led.

In addition to this, the police have had cases involving mental health, intoxication, deer accidents, traffic offenses, traffic controls, and various other controls on their own initiative or following reports from the public that did not lead to anything serious.

No more serious violent crimes have come to the police's knowledge.
