October 26, 07.36, Summary of the night, Värmland County

Karlstad kl. 23.10. Traffic accident. A person, a man in his 30s, was hit by a driver in Kronoparken. The man who was hit was riding an e-bike. He reported pain in the stomach and back and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. The driver left the scene without contacting healthcare or the police and is therefore suspected of fleeing the traffic accident scene and causing bodily harm. There is no suspect at present.

Karlstad kl. 23.51. Traffic accident. A man on an e-bike has collided with a car so that there is some damage to the car. The man on the e-bike then left the scene but a patrol was able to identify him a bit further away. This has happened on Orrholmen. The man on the e-bike is in his 25s and is suspected of fleeing the traffic accident scene.

Kristinehamn kl 02.14. A man in his 50s is suspected of harassment as he has played very loud music in his residence and thereby disturbed neighbors. The police have been on the scene and are writing a report.

Sunne kl. 02.22. Assault. An assault has occurred outdoors in the center. A man in his 30s has been assaulted by another man who then left the scene. The victim knows the person who did this and it is, according to the victim, a man in his 25s. There is no information that the victim needed to visit the emergency healthcare.

Aside from this, we have among other things checked a dozen people or vehicles, taken seven people into custody according to the LOB, the Law on the Detention of Intoxicated Persons, handled five animal accidents without personal injury and handled five cases related to mental illness.
