Under the evening, a non-permitted public gathering will be held at Gustav Adolf's square.
When the demonstrators then move from the location, a number of participants take their place in the road and obstruct traffic. The police give an order to maintain order after a while, which is obeyed, and the demonstrators move on. A man continues to behave disorderly and does not obey the police. A decision is made to take him into custody according to the 13th paragraph of the police law. The man is searched and a knife is found on him. Given the context, he is suspected of committing a serious crime against the knife law, and is taken to the police station at Ernst Fontell's square for questioning. A group of demonstrators also makes its way to the police station, where the police set up temporary barriers. These are respected. The police work to calm the situation and after about half an hour, the demonstrators leave the location. Two people, a man and a woman, have been arrested in connection with the incident at the police station. The suspicions concern crimes against the Protection Act and assault on a public official.
