Complainant reports that he punched the windshield of a car that was driving at high speed on the parking lot. The driver then got out of the car and allegedly hit the complainant to the ground. No need for an ambulance. The police have been on the scene and heard the complainant and a witness to the incident. The patrol writes a report on assault. At present, there is no suspect in the case.
