Police alarm at a sports store in Romberga when staff notice a suspected theft. Staff confront the individuals who, after a tumult, take flight and leave the area by car.

Police take up the pursuit of the car as it passes the county border in the direction of Stockholm. When the vehicle refuses to obey the police's instruction to stop, a chase is initiated.

After a while, the car stops, near Bro in Stockholm County, and the perpetrators leave the car on foot, hoping to find shelter in the darkness of the forest. Police dogs arrive at the scene and after a thorough search, all three individuals are apprehended.

The men are now detained and suspected of attempted theft.

At present, no information is available on anyone being injured in the incident.
