Shortly after 06:30 in the morning, at an address in Karlstad, a suspected arson is believed to have been committed at a multi-family house.
Rapid Response Service was dispatched and extinguished the fire. No personal injuries have occurred in connection with the fire.

After the investigative measures taken, a man may be detained as a suspect for allegedly having committed the arson, at around 08:00. The man is suspected of arson.

Further investigative measures will be taken in the near future, and as the case is currently in a sensitive stage and in order for the police to conduct a thorough investigation, the case will not be commented on further at this time.
