October 25, 07.59, Summary of the night, Västerbottens County

Here follow a selection of the night's events:

00.14 Wildlife accident, Umeå:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a car and a moose calf on Obbolavägen, Obbola. No personal injuries are reported. The moose calf was injured and a tracker is called out.

00.50 Assault, Umeå:
Police patrol is ordered to a venue in central Umeå due to some sort of brawl involving three men. A report and a counter-report regarding assault are drawn up. One of the involved parties is removed from the scene.

01.04 Assault, Skellefteå:
Police patrol is ordered to a venue in central Skellefteå due to some sort of dispute involving a man and a woman. The patrol draws up a report regarding assault and a counter-report regarding harassment. The man is taken into custody according to the Law on the Care of Intoxicated Persons.

Other:
A person has, in addition to the above, been taken into custody for drunkenness and a person has been taken in for a blood test after suspicion of narcotics crime.

Police have also conducted checks of people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of crime.
