It has been a normal Friday night in the county. Below follows a selection of events that we have handled.
Arvika, 23.19. Traffic Offence. A driver has driven off the road near Myråsen. Possibly the driver, a man in his 20s, swerved for an elk. The patrol still writes a report on carelessness in traffic to investigate what happened. There were 3 people in the car in connection with the accident and there is no information about whether they needed to visit the emergency care.
Kristinehamn, kl 00.43. Narcotics Offence. A patrol stops and checks a car near Gustavsvik and upon checking one of the passengers, a man in his 30s, the police suspect that he is under the influence of narcotics. He gets to ride with the patrol for a blood test and the result of the test will show if he has committed a minor narcotics offence through his own use.
Karlstad kl 01.37. Offence against the Knife Law. A man in his 30s is suspected of gross offence against the Knife Law after being checked by a patrol in Tingvallastaden. The man appeared to be under the influence, which is why the police suspect a gross offence.
