Emergency services, ambulance, and police are alerted to a multi-family house on Terapivägen because a fire is burning in an elevator. The stairwell is filled with smoke, but the fire itself is limited to the elevator.

One person has inhaled smoke and is receiving help from the ambulance, but the house does not need to be evacuated and around 04:40, the fire department has extinguished the fire.

The fire shows signs of being deliberate and after investigation measures on the scene, a person suspected of arson is apprehended.
