Police are called to Nils Ericssonplatz, where a man is reported to have hit another man in the face with an object.
The complainant's injuries are not life-threatening; no ambulance was sent to the scene. A patrol takes the man to hospital for a check-up.
The police are searching for the perpetrator, who is found nearby. He is taken to the station to sober up and will also be questioned as a suspect for assault, alternatively aggravated assault.
