October 22, 23.48, Knife Law, Västerås

A man in his 30s behaves strangely at a hotel where he is pacing around, and he is therefore checked by the police. During the check, a knife is found and he also shows signs of being under the influence of narcotics. 
The man is taken into custody for testing and is suspected of aggravated offense against the knife law and narcotics offense of personal use.
