October 21, 20.03, Threatening/Provocation, Norrköping

Police receive reports of a group of youths behaving disruptively with A-tractors in Skärblacka. They are said to be driving around and playing loud music. 
A patrol goes to the location and the youths are turned away. 
In connection with this, one of the youths claims to have been confronted by an unknown person who felt disturbed by their behavior. The youth therefore wishes to report the unknown person for harassment.
