According to information, an unknown person knocked on the home of the complainant who is in the 70-year age group.
The person who knocked on the door was a man and he stated that he came from an interest association that one can be a member of as a tenant and that the complainant's information had fallen out of the system. The man stated that personal data and account numbers were needed to re-register the member again. 

This procedure, to request account information and personal number, is not something a serious actor works with. If an unknown person visits you at home or at another location and requests account information and other sensitive/personal data such as bank information, you should not comply with this. The same applies if you receive a phone call where an unknown person asks you to identify yourself with, for example, bank ID, end the call then.
