A 75-year-old man has forced his way into the home of a 70-year-old woman without permission. The man and woman had previously had a relationship but are no longer together. The woman does not want him there but since he will not leave the premises she locks herself in. 
Police arrive at the scene and when the man is to be checked he puts up resistance. He is therefore arrested for breach of peace and violent resistance.
