21:13 Traffic Offence, Haparanda
Reports are coming in that there is a bus incident in Haparanda centre and police are going out to check. A car drives into the facade of a building and people who were traveling in the car try to run from the scene, but are caught by the police. The driver is suspected of reckless driving, fleeing the scene of an accident, and of gross unlawful driving.

23:17 Vandalism, Haparanda
Reports are coming in of vandalism of a car in Haparanda centre. No suspect is found. The scene is photographed and a report is to be drawn up.

Police have also carried out several checks of people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.

A wildlife accident on Highway 97 in Notviken, Luleå, was reported to the police at 22:09. There are no reports of personal injuries.
