A relative of a resident at an address in the Vasastaden area of Sala discovers that a window is ajar and that the home has been ransacked.

Police are dispatched to the scene to investigate the circumstances.

The patrol documents the scene and seals off the home pending a technical examination.

A report of burglary is filed. There is currently no suspect in the case. It has not yet been established what was stolen during the break-in.
