A report is being written about gross negligence in public care following a fire in the west of Örebro.
The police are called to an address in the west due to a fire starting on a floor in an empty building.
A man in his mid-30s is found and is suspected of unlawful intrusion and gross negligence as he caused the fire to start on the floor.
