Police alarm about a suspected serious crime in Klangberget in Sandviken and several resources are sent to the location. A man in his upper teenage years is found injured and transported by ambulance to hospital. 

Police set up extensive cordons, hear witnesses and knock on doors in the relevant area. Even police technicians are called in to secure any possible evidence.

The initial crime classification is attempted murder and gross firearms offense.

Police's assessment is that there is currently no danger to the public. The police are also interested in witness statements from the area.
